DJ Music
A professional DJ/MC will compliment a live act perfectly keeping the music going for a not stop musically journey during the night. You get the best of both worlds with this combo, from a particular style of a live act playing your type of music and the DJ filling the rest with a wider range of music to cater for all when the party starts.
The DJ takes over when it’s time to party. A good DJ knows what song to play but a great DJ knows when to play that song. With literally thousands of songs in their repertoire, a DJ can cater to most musically tastes. Usually the DJ is also the MC who takes control to co-ordinate and liaise with the duty manager to ensure the night runs smoothly.
Popular Packages
The most popular package is a soloist or duo playing ambient background music during pre-dinner drinks then continues during the meal with the DJ taking it to the next level when the dance floor opens up. For couples or corporate events wanting to have a real party statement then a duo, trio or band can ignite the dance floor with the DJ playing in-between the sets to ensure a night of mixed range of dance floor fillers.
For wedding ceremonies, a soloist performing live is a lovely touch. The artist can play background music while guests arrive then play that special song as the bridesmaids and bride walk down the aisle. Usually if the chosen song is not in the musician’s repertoire, they will endeavor to learn it for the occasion. Live music can be played during the signing of the register then finally a recessional song as the newly married couple walk back down the aisle.

Having been in bands during the 80’s then going solo as a DJ he now specialises in weddings, functions and corporate events in the Perth area, Rottnest Island and South West region.
